Those that do not use the public transport, you probably did not know that more and more eateries have opened at MRT stations. One such eateries is Kopi Alley at Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Now commuters can grab a quick breakfast on the way to work. I didn't know Kopi Alley was opened by Jollibean until I googled on the web. It has an interesting menu that brought back childhood memories such as toast with condensed milk and milo powder. Was having my teabreak after some work at Tanjong Pagar area. I got a set A ($3.80) which consist of traditional butter kaya toast, 2 soft-boiled eggs and a cup of coffee.It was a satisfying set as my teabreak! The eggs tasted so yummy, the texture was cooked just nice. And the butter kaya toast was toasted til just nice and cripsy. And the kaya and butter tasted really nice. continue reading

Avoid the peak hour here, 12noon – 2pm. This Kopi Alley always crowded with people at lunch time every weekday! You need to queue up to order food or drinks. Drinks are same as what we can found in coffee shop. For the hot beverages, cost about $1. And cold beverages are cost $1.50 to $2.50? You can order breads to go along with your drinks.
