Mee Bandung is a Malay style noodle not easily found in Singapore. Here in Ayer Rajah Food Centre, there is a stall selling this Mee Bandung noodle.The Mee Bandung looked similar to Mee Rebus but taste really different.The soup was spicy, sweet and sour, something like mutton steak gravy made into soup. You can taste of chilli paste, tomato puree and some other spices.There was minced mutton meat, green peas and a fried egg in this noodle.The combination really tasted great and filling to stomach.

It was place where no really convenient for non-car owner like me, I was following my friend’s car to here to explore the famous Indian Food. There was not only one Mamak stall existed here, but more or less they looked similar.A simple dish at Mamak yet I like it very much, I will order it as and when I was eating at Mamak stall. A bit sweet and sour, maybe the chef added some tomato sauce inside, the taste was not overly spicy. Indian version Fried Noodles which carried a heavy flavour were different with Chinese one. Their serving speed was fast and reasonable price at $3.50.
