We order the waffles with two choices of ice cream (we choose red velvet and matcha), and black coffee, the waffle is thick, fresh and nice with maple syrup, coupled with the melting ice cream , taste nice, matcha taste is nice , not so sweet, red velvet one also not bad, coupled with black coffee without sugar, and quite strong, just nice for our dessert, we enjoy it very much. continue reading

Jcube has this popular ice cream cafe called Marble Slab Creamery. Students always like to crowd around watching how the ice cream staff "fried" the ice cream.I had went to order a vanila waffle bowl ice cream mixed with M&M toppings. The staff had scooped the vanila ice cream, placed it on the cold plate, sprinkle with M&M chocolate and then "fried" the ice cream. The ice cream tasted creamy and well mixed with the M&M chocolate topping, though I am not sure why the need to "fried" it.The price was slightly higher price at $10 per serving. continue reading

I got so much of craving lately... Wanna try this... wanna try that. And Marble Slab is one of them. Wanna try their waffles but apparently is better to start off with their ice cream. So I choose Cotton Candy flavour, top with assorted sprinkles. The ice cream is creamy, I think probably to get that cotton feel. And is sweet. Hmm... maybe because of the additional sprinkles.Well... I can't deny is nice but I will try it again other flavours plus WAFFLES! Yeah... continue reading

Double dark chocolate, chocolate swiss, red velvet cake, creme brulee and mint ice-cream with marshmallows and kit-kat toppings:I love how they serve their ice-cream in a cold bowl! This is meant for sharing but I am sure I can polish the whole bowl off by myself because their ice-cream is sooooo good! I can't wait to go back to try their milkshakes and sundaes! continue reading

Marble slab! First time here with friends. Really like this concept where you get to choose your flavour of ice cream and the toppings that you want, afterwhich everything is mixed up on the marble slab. This means that toppings are evenly distributed throughout the ice cream, so you get topping with every bite. Also got some caramel sauce on top of the ice cream with was sweet and sticky, adding a contrasting flavour to the ice cream. continue reading
