Oiishi Ramen..
2011-12-14I am not too sure how does an authentic ramen taste like. But i definitely love the ramen from this restaurant. I think this should be how an authentic ramen tasted! Its definetly not like those i had at Ajinsen ramen before which i dont like it at all. Oppss..
I have ordered a soya sauce pork bone ramen (light version) with a half egg, few slices of chashu and a slice of seaweed, if i remember correctly. The broth was just nice or rather it was perfect for me. Couldnt imagine if i had ordered the stronger one - it might be too strong for me. Oh i really love their noodles which has a very springy and 'Q'. I really loved food that is handmade, and i I tried to peek inside the small room where they made their noodles! Haha
Really loved their ramen, think its one of the best i ever tried, maybe its because the taste is more to my liking and of cos because of their handmade ramen!
Definetly will be going back to try out their different ramen! Its simply oiishi!
