If you like yam desserts, then this yam cake from Mirana Cake House should be in your to-eat-list. The portion of the slice is sufficient for one and the yam works so well with the cake. The cake itself is light and moist, just like how good cakes should be like. The yam layer is delish - sweetness is on the spot and you can actually taste the autenthic yam flavour. Besides, this is really affordable considering the fact that this tastes extremely good! Highly addictive, too!

It's rare to find pineapple tarts that aren't greasy, like those from Mirana Cake House ($13 for 25 pieces/500g). The buttery and slightly milky aroma of these golden babies simply hit the spot, and I loved the way they melted in my mouth as well! The filling could have been less sweet though.
