My first time eating indian buffet and I was super happy to be having a meal at the esplanade - a sophisicated environment. The lighting is dim on the inside and I do have a hard time trying to take a photo of my food. The buffet table has a rather limited range of food, but after going through all the food, taste is great and i must say that the range of food is sufficient, though little. My guy friends have to go a few rounds of food, but we kept on complimenting the taste of the curry. Eat it with the briyani... Super good.If you are fan of indian food, you should try it. They serve desserts on the buffet too and I especially love the cakes.
