Milo Kakigori ($6.80)
Generous sprinkles of Milo powder on crushed ice, topped with chocolate chips, almond flakes and soft serve.
We are disappointed as it looks very different from the picture in the menu. There is barely any chocolate chips and mostly is crushed ice. Overall it is still quite an unique dessert, but I prefer it with more toppings to look better.

I have been to two MOF outlets, one is at west coast, the other at Ang Mo Kio.

actually i prefer the outlet at west coast, looks cleaner than Ang Mo Kio outlet, maybe because of the lighting.

the drinks we ordered looks really good~~~ you can check out the picture I took price is reasonable

environment lighting is a bit dark, so it is really for lunch or dinner place only. not for tea break

Located at the basement of AMK Hub, I always see the place quite packed at all times of the day. I decided to check out the place. MOF has a good chill-out vibe and you feel like staying there for a long time. Plus you can people-watch! Anyway, my friend and I tried out the Chicken curry bento and Cream soup ramen with salmon meatballs. My friend loved her bento and my ramen was also nice but I felt it could have been less salty. But a nice place overall.

Decided to eat here since been years since i last ate at MOF.

Ordered the chef's recommendation,
Matcha with Ice Cream.
It's awesome!! The Matcha smells very nice, and has a slight bitter taste,
it's exactly using Matcha powder..Next, we go to Salmon Salad, ordered for 1 pax,
therefore, only 2 slices of Sashimi.
It came with a sauce to goes with the salad..
Very yummy!! Our pasta.. We chose Aglio Oglio..
My fren had it with the tamago,
she said it'll be good if sliced chilli padi could be added in..As for mine, the chilli padi seems to be the garnishing..
I had to cut the chilli padi myself and mix it with the pasta..
After all, we are happy with the pasta..Dessert time!
It's red bean with mochi and ice cream..
The red bean is more of the starchy kind that goes well with the mochi and ice cream..
The mochi is very 'Q'The spending!
Was surprise by the 1% service charge..

Last few days ago, my friends and i felt like wanted to eat something sweets and yet a nice place to have conversation so we went to MOF Japanese Sweets & Coffee at amk hub to chit chat and enjoyed our dessert.

The dessert at MOF are very high standard. I love their ice cream. It is creamy and not that sweet. And the ice cream have a very strong fragrance of vanilla smell.

I will definitely visit MOF again.

Had dinner at MOF Japanese Sweets & Coffee@ Ang Mo Kio Hub. We ordered two courses.Set 1: Unagi with tamago bento set. the unagi is fresh and being grilled til just nice. The rice are fragrance and taste greatly with the unagi sauce.
Second set is the Japanese salmon tomato sauce pasta. I had never tried before the Japanese style of pasta. The sauce is tomato base mixed with small bits of salmon meat. This create a strong salmon flavor in the normal tomato sauce itself. Overall it is actually a great combination.

My friend ordered this while i ordered the one below.Can see that the glutinous balls are very cute right? It is really soft and Q. But can stick to my teeth also. It is tasteless,so must eat with the sesame ice cream. The sesame ice cream is very nice,not so sweet but have a strong fragrance of sesame. The combination of glutinous balls and sesame icecream is great. At the bottom,there have more concentrated sesame which makes it more delicious.

I always like to eat dessert after shopping and feeling tired. My friends and i went to MOF at amk after we had a movie last few days ago. This dessert is a combination of yam, imo, ice cream and red bean paste. It taste nice. I will definitety order it again!

Red Bean Soup with Japanese Rice Cake $6.90

I like the combination of the japanese rice cake and red bean paste.
The red bean paste is quite fresh and nice.The sweetness is just right for me.Soft serve ice cream cone $2.20

This is similar to MCD's ice cream cone but nicer!!!

The desserts of MOF is very nice..!!
But the prize is quite expensive for student.
Even though,i still will go there again.

we had 3 courses

one was egg with crab meat rice.. as you can see almost all covered
its tasty as its sweet~

2nd was the curry with rice and tofu salad~ the salad was really good .. refreshing after having curry

last was the same as the first ... but it has japanese cucumbers~

Love the egg!!! The entire plate is pretty pathetic with only half a slice of egg. It would be better if there's another half! I ended up with only spaghetti. It is really fragrant with garlicy smell on the whole. A tad too dry else it will taste perfect! Also, this is the cheapest dish amongst all! You get what you paid!

salmon meat ball tomato pasta ($10.80)

never tried salmon meat ball before so I ordered this pasta. The sauce is just normal tomato based sauce and pasta (angel hair type) is al dente. The salmon meat ball is tender and rich with salmon flavour, and i can actually see there is small small bits of salmon meat inside the meat balls.

It's has been a long time i want to visit this shop,because i was attracted by the fake dessert along the corridor.There are also 2 shops beside this.Despite of dessert,MOF also sells cone icecream, look delicious.
The place is quite comfortable and it is suitable to have tea time with friend.Can see that the glutinous balls are very cute right..?

The mocha is very tasty,i like it,not like other shop one(bitter),it is very nice.
The rich-creamy vanilla soft serve is like the sundae cone of MC,but when the mocha mixed with the cream,it makes it full of mocha taste.The icecream is also very smooth.
Imo is sweet potato from Japan without adding sugar.
Imo and yam are fried.At first i thought it will be very oily,but not.
The imo is really nice,a bit sweet and i like the taste.The yam is also very nice,"fragrance" enough.
I like the combination of the imo,yam,cream and red bean paste.
The red bean paste is quite fresh and nice.The sweetness is just right for me.This ice blended is quite large in size.
I like the ice,it melts immediately after put into the mouth.
The mango paste is also nice.Who like mango really will like this dessert so much.
The mango is also quite fresh and sweet.

The desserts of MOF is very nice..!!
But the prize is quite expensive for student.
Even though,i still will go there again.

The red bean is served warm and was way too sweet to be eaten on its own even the sweetest tooth among us could not stomach it ... After mixing with the glutinous balls and ice cream, the red bean is so much edible ;p Unique green bean drink, however, the 2 additional condiments are charged separately ~Soft Ice-cream are still the safest choice! ;p Portions are quite generous to be shared within 2 ;)
