Here is my order at NTU mr bean. As a student of ntu, Mr bean is one of the healthiest snack you can find in school. well, as usual, I ordered my all times favorite- caramel custard and soya bean warm. I really love the thick caramel custard that flow in the pancake. It is sweet but with the plain pancake make the sweetness just right and i prefer warm soy milk because most of the time i am staying in aircon room and the soy milk keep me warm. The price of Mr bean here is also slightly cheaper than the outside. However, the queue is very long during lunch hour. continue reading

i was trying to settle my lunch so i decided on a quick fix - the teriyaki chicken sandwich which costs $3.80 at mr bean. the bread was quite soggy. the teriyaki chicken was tender but the layer of chicken skin and fats really grossed me out and i had disect my sandwich to manually peel the prominent layer of fats off. other than that, it tasted average and was quite expensive. i would rather get subway over this. continue reading

This Mr Bean outlets really sells a lot of different thing from the Mr Beans you find in heartland areas. I was kind of thrilled to see that they sold hotdogs with nacho sauce on top. I knew they sold the normal hotdogs but to invent one with nacho sauce was just indeed fantastic. Although it was so sinful but it was a must try. the nacho sauce and sour cream enhance the flavour of the plain hotdog bun. the bun was light and fluffy and the hotdog was very tasty. I recommend this from this outlet. continue reading

Mr bean is one of my favourite snack, where a pancake with a cup of hot/cold soymilk cost $1.90. My favourite would be their cheese or their tuna pancake. Their pearly soymilk or their pearly bandung soymilk are also drinks that I commonly buy. The riceball is also worth it for the price and nice. It has both sesame and peanut flavour which are common favourite flavours of riceballs. continue reading
