Signature Dishes
I rarely eat from Malay stalls but on my friend's recommendation, I decided to try out the nasi padang from this stall. I ordered three items, the chilli fish, cabbage and fried tau fu. The fish is surprisingly good. It is tender and not tough at all, and it does not have a fishy taste. I thought the chilli that went with the fish is good as well. I am glad I asked the auntie to pour some of the sauce into my rice because it made the rice very appetising. The fried tau fu is also nice with the sauce used to coat it with. I am glad I listened to my friend's recommendation!

Chicken leg that is so big with bagedil and sunnyside-up egg and only costs $3.50? For Sure! It's sedap too!Trying the bagedil was my first time but it's really nice! No wonder my friend loves it so much. The curry was really nice too. It's not blend and just spicy like others. It's actually got taste and aroma, plus it's not super spicy either! The chicken meat was tender and well-marinated!If you work in Kaki Bukit, make sure you visit this coffee shop at least once! ^_^

This nasi padang stall is very crowded during lunch time. The queue starts as early as 1130am. Luckily their service is very fast. Besides selling nasi padang, they also have mee siam, mee soto and lontong. On top of that, they have 1 special menu written on a little blackboard daily. The rotating menu includes Nasi Briyani, Ayam Penyet, Black Pepper Chicken rice etc. Today is Ayam Penyet.$4.00 per serving. Fried chicken is crispy and tasty. The fried beancurd is a little disappointing. It is soft and cold. The rice used is basmati rice. I find the rice lacks aroma and it is a bit wet.

Bought this for lunch. I ordered Chilli Chicken, Onion Egg and Vege. The nasi padang was not too bad. The rice was not bad, I seriously like would be how each individual rice stays as it own, not sticking with the others. The chicken was not too spicy and quite tender. When you put the chicken inside your mouth and it feels chilli was all over as it was not spicy. The onion egg and vege was normal but if goes with the chilli, it was great and good. Overall, the nasi padang was not bad.
