My cousin has ordered the Neo's Deluxe home buffet sets during her son's first month celebration. There are total nine choices available on the buffet spread, which all looks really appetizing and presentable table layout was shown as well. Personally I enjoyed having their fried hong kong mee and sweet & sour chicken meat. Hong Kong mee was really chewy and not too oily. Lots of Fresh beansprouts has been added in it which every mouthful is so crunchy. The sweet and sour meat is not too sweet and quite spicy. Chicken meat is juicy and tender, which goes well with the sweet chilli sauce. Heard from her that per person is charged at $13.99, which is really affordable.

My kid and another friend's kid birthday is a day apart and for the first time, we decide to celebrate their birthday together. We decide to cater the mini buffet from Neo Garden as this has been our first choice when it comes to buffet catering as we are very satisfied with their food quality and quantity. They have 3 packages to choose from and we chose Package B that is priced at B $14.99 ($16.04 w/GST)*/$15.99 ($17.11 w/GST) per pax for 8 courses (Min:15 pax). We can choose our 8 dishes from their list and the following items are what we have chosen.Yong Chow Fried Rice.This fried rice is nice with lots of ingredients in it. The rice is not those soft type but those grainy type, nice.Sotong Yu-TiaoThis is quite nice if its eaten hot but still this is swept out very quickly.Tempura PrawnThis is nice, the outer is crispy and the prawn is fresh.Steamed Mini Soon KuehThis is one of the must order when I order Neo Garden Catering, I find their soon kueh nice as the skin is soft yet springy and most importantly it still taste nice when it is cold.Hk Kai LanNothing to rave about this but the vegetable is cooked well as it is green and crunchy.Curry ChickenOur all time favourite from Neo Garden. The curry is fragrant and the gravy is those thick type. You have to top up additional $0.50 if you choose the curry chicken.Cereal FishThe fish is fresh and deep fried till crispy. The cereal is so nice and yummy that most of us are scooping the cereals to eat.As this is a mini buffet and so the delivery man will not be coming back to collect and so the food are all packed in disposable containers and are delivered in this bag to keep the food hot. We can keep this bag after using. Great Service, thumbs up.

I won a Laksa Party Pack from Neo Garden in their FB page. It is for 10 pax so I asked my sisters to join me for the makan. Neo Garden packed this party set into very nice packaging, a great idea for a pot luck session in future! Somehow I only take one bowl of the laksa I feel so full haha didn't really eat much of it. Laksa was yummy, but kinda too oily for the gravy. Overall still ok! Worth it!

Two of my sistas were having joint celebration for their boys who were born one day apart. We ordered the Mini Buffet Package B at $14.99 ($16.04 w/GST) that consist of 8 dishes. They are...Fried rice & Signature curry chickenThe curry chicken was very good as usual, fried rice was not too bad.Tempura prawn & cereal fish filletsTempura prawn was not bad but the coating was a tad thick. The cereal fish was overcooked, meat was dry and tough...not nice.Fried sotong paste youtiaoThese were yummy! The sotong paste was very good.Mini soon kueh & Kailan with mushroomsBoth were fresh and delicious....slurp!Mini chocolate puffsTasted alright...My plate...Overall still a nice mini buffet though.
