Signature Dishes
We are walking around, thinking of what to eat when we notice the poster showing $10.80 set meal. The $10.80 Individual Set Meal which comes with a traditional double-boiled soup of the day and two side dishes. Sounds like a great deal, especially eating in Orchard Road stretch is not cheap. The restaurant is decorated in a chinese traditional way.Rice with Steamed Pork Belly and Preserved Vegetables.Rice with Imperial Pork RibsTraditional 'Hor-fun' with Seafood and EggDon't forget to add the tasty and spicy chilli sauce to the food. It gives an extra punch to the food. Overall all the 3 set meals tastes not bad and very filling. Great Value.

With the service crews wearing traditional Chinese clothing and the decoration that represented the old Chinese era, one could imagine that you are teleported back to the ancient China.We were very impressed with the presentation of our drinks when they arrived. Not only are they pleasing to the eyes, they are also very refreshing and soothing to the throat.On top of that the salted egg yolk prawns were really full of the salted egg yolk taste.I highly recommended it for anybody who loves salted egg yolk.

For those who wants authentic Chinese cuisine, Paradise Inn is where you want to go when at Somerset 313. With a wide variety of meat, seafood and vegetable choices, be sure to treat yourself to a wholesome meal. This time round, I tried the Crisp-Fried Crystal Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk. The prawns are fried just nice and topped generously with the salted egg yolk. It savory taste lingers on your tongue and you can taste the blend of prawn sweetness and saltiness of the egg yolk in harmony. The small portion with 6 prawns cost $16.90 and there's also a medium and large option. I also had the Berry Ice tea at $4.50. This is a very refreshing drink that is not too sweet. Recommended for group of friends to dine here so you can order more dishes to share and try.

Paradise Inn had a change in their menu and launches new variety of food into their menu. I always patronize their outlet @ 313 as it is pretty near my office and their set lunch is extra valued for money! This time round, we took their ala carte dishes. Just a few simple dishes that warms my heart on a weekday afternoonTheir famous kong bah bao - something not to be missed! Another round of Chinese New Year dinner with another group of friends, so I suggested Paradise Inn at Somerset.We ordered the 喜气洋洋 Happiness Set Dinner for 10 @ $368.80++ which includes the followingrosperity Salmon Yu Sheng; Traditional Double-boiled Soup; Paradise Inn Trio Combination; Steamed Silver Cod Fish in Supreme Soya Sauce; Crispy Supreme Seafood Fried Rice; Crispy Roasted Chicken; Sautéed Crystal Prawns with Broccoli; Mango Sago & Homemade BarleyWe also add on Kung Bak Pau, which is so freaking good I had 3 of them cos 2 of the girls don't want due to the amount of fats on the meat!
