PastaMania

After watching a movie with my sister and niece, we decided to have lunch at Pasta Mania. My niece wanted pizza so she ordered the pepperoni pizza. I wanted pasta so I ordered the Tuna and Turkey Bacon. Hmm. I didnt really like it. To be honest, I was so disappinted. First of all they didn't even give me the correct pasta even though I told them so many times. Then, I had to wait a long time for my order.

When it came, it was too watery. I believe they didn't really drain the pasta properly. So the taste was also drained away. It was very bland I had to put pepper, salt, cheese, chilli.... I almost finished the whole bottle of chilli, but still no taste....

If I weren't hungry, I don't think I'd be able to eat it. But that was the food available so I just had to suck it up and chew. Ugh.

Usually when I come to this restaurant, I will normally order their signature pasta with my favourite creamy white sauce. Because of my friend, I decided to buy their pizza to share with her this time round. Not too bad as the presentation looks really appetitizing. Lots of melted cheese is topped on it which make it really fragrant and delicious. The pizzza crust is not too thick and quite crispy as well. This is a great venue to hang out with my fellow friends and even family members as the simple and comfortable restaurant layout here is great! The prices for most of the food here are very reasonable and affordable too. Also appreciate that they are generous to place the parmansen cheese and chilli frakes on the dining tables for our easy use.

Everywhere is so pack during dinner hours in a friday evening.

As usual, a set meal comes more worthwhile. I ordered a set with a small drink and a bowl of cream of mushroom soup.The cream of mushroom soup has big chunks of mushrooms but i find that the soup is way too creamy. It is too thick with cream in a bowl and the dinning experience is different from other outlets of pastamania.Order the chicken aglio, it is spicy as mentioned in the menu, its also a chef recommendation but I find it nothing fantastic about it. Its quite oily and empty (there is not much ingredients)PIzza is hot and cripsy, the taste of the pizza is just moderate. Another moderate dish served by Bugis Pastamania.Service
Service is quite fast. Not long after I have my soup and drink on my table my sphagetti was placed on the table by one of the waitress, perhaps its the easiest dish to cook that's why it is so fast.

Ambience

We are sitting near the kitchen and we can feel the hot gush of flames (hot air) coming towards us. It is better not to sit near there. This outlet has narrow aisles and customers must be careful when walking in and out of the restaurant especially that it is quite packed.

Price

Reasonable pricing and standard through out all outlets.

Decided to lunch-in once a while ago, my colleague then went Bugis to order Pasta Mania. Athough this is not my first time to eat Pasta Mania, but I tried something new.This was what I ordered, Spagetti without complicated taste. A bit similiar with Aglio Olio with pieces of Turkey and Bacon. Personally I prefer original flavour, simple and straightforward taste.Ordered by one of my colleague, it was special to me. I cannot imagine how Squid Ink can mixed with Italian Cuisine. Well, but unfortunely it didnt meet my expectation. Insist to order side dish, garlic breads still considered nice although no longer hot and crispy.

My opinion, I think it will be nicer if we were having meal there.

The meatballs and pasta dipped in tomato sauce tasted good and was definitely satisfying for lunch. Fond of meatballs, I tasted this dish and was quite happy with it. The meatballs here are better than Ikea meatballs, as the meatballs are smaller, juicier and more tender. The pasta in tomato sauce was good as well!

However, the serving portion is too much for me to handle and I felt quite bloated after finishing! This is a dish you should try!

I'm a huge fan of Italian dishes. I've always been a pasta and pizza lover that I can eat that in a week without hesitation.

I was craving for pasta one weekend so after I finished shopping , I decided to try this place out. I love chicken and spicy food so I ordered the Chicken Cheese Salsiccia. You have an option to choose what type of pasta you like and I chose Penne. It has a tomato-based sauce and was very rich in flavour and the penne pasta was cooked just right. I even enjoyed how juicy and cheesy the sausages are in every bite! For all those who like spicy food, this is the dish for you. I really loved this dish!

Few weeks back, we were in the mood for some pizza. So we headed to Pastamania. We had to queue up for 10 mins before we placed our order since it was a weekend. We finally placed our order. We ordered for a spirite, garlic bread, pepperoni Pizza & molten lava cake for dessert. The garlic bread & drink was immediately served. The ambience is casual but comfy.

The bread was hot, fresh & crispy. It had a yummy buttery & garlic flavour. By the time we finished it, our pizza arrived. it was nicely topped with pepperoni & cheese. I enjoyed it with ketchup & chilli flakes. the base was crispy & it was really tasty. It wasn't too oily either. We finally finished with a warm lava cake with chocolate oozing out of it....it was so chocolaty & yummy. We finished it to the last crumb . The bill was about 20-25$ only.

I decided to meet up with my friend for dinner at Bugis. We were all craving for pasta, so we ended up at Pasta Mania. I ordered the cheesy crumble pasta ($8+) because I just love cheeseeee. Despite the crowded restaurant, I didn't have to wait long for my order. It was served hot and the pasta was cooked just right. I like how the cheese had a crunch to it, but I felt like they could have added more ham. The taste though was a bit monochromatic because it was too cheesy and creamy. And so, I added chili flakes and pepper just to spice things up a bit. Overall, it was an average pasta.

Creamy chicken is one of my favourite at pastamania. I went to pastamania often for lunch or dinner because I simply love to eat pasta. They had many different kind of pasta here and the branches are almost every where in Singapore so it is not difficult to find a good pasta meal
SO I had the creamy chicken pasta at Bugis with my friends. Most of the time I would order this because its one of the most creamy dish. I like to chose the twist pasta. Its look make it even more yummy! I don't like to take spaghetti, its too long and you have to bite it in order to disconnect the string! ugh! the chicken is very tender, they doesn't include skin so for those who dislike skin, here you go! I personally like to add/spam lots of cheese^^ I'm not sure why does this bad habit is in me but cheese makes me happy! Though it's already creamy, I would still add a little cheese. But for those dish that is not creamy I tend to spam a lot! In addition, the pasta that I had wasn't very salty because last time, I had a very salty pasta which made me spam plenty of water and I lost my appetite after drinking so much water that meal. It was terrible and such a waste of food! SO in advance caution, it's best if every single time you order some thing, ask how the taste would be like if that's the first time you try out something because trust me, if you can only eat a bit of spicy and you assume the dish is a little spice. You are wrong. It might turn out the most spice dish ever. So, ask the waitress if your not sure.
Well, I enjoyed meal at pasta mania so much! They usually come as a set too. You can order it with garlic bread and with drink too. Drink choice can be with coke/sprite/ice lemon tea. I always go for ice lemon tea. Hehe Healthy much?!
Anyway I would love to recommend this CREAMY CHICKEN to any of you out there that has not try it yet. And I hope you would enjoy it as much as I am because that meal does make my day!

This is one of my personal favourites at pastamania. Their seafood risotto in tomato based sauce! It takes a longer time to cook than normal pasta but the risotto arrives steaming hot. The rice is coated with delicious tomatory colour. Wonderful. tasting! The rice rice is fluffy and cheesy. the mussel and prawn are huge and fresh. it's absolutely Delicious!

PastaMania is definitely one of my dining places I would go to if I have pasta cravings but I'm not willing to spend too much to get my pasta meal . Pasta Mania fits the bill, especially if you're dining alone or you are in a hurry, they serve their food fast and good.For sure,i will recommend this pastamania outlet to my friend! one of the side dish here is the waffle potato which i love it! the outer is crispy and inside it is soft and flavourful.

A very common daily soup which can be found in pastamania. They only have that few soup variety and this is one of those i will order. The minestrone is a tad too sour for my liking though. It smell and tasted of tomato but it is overly sourish. The ingredients added were far too little as well. Totally not worthy in my opinion. I rather drink soft drinks than this in future.

I love this place as the food served was fast! I had Vongole. It is basically clams in homemade broth or tomato herb sauce. I chose my pasta as fusilli as being a fairly wide pasta it is able to absorb buckets of pasta sauce. The clams are all very fresh and juicy. A little sweet and taste of the sea. Yummy. Awesome affordable western dish. You can choose a set to go along with your mains but i didn't as the soup are only average.

I headed to pastamania for dinner with my girlfriend. I ordered their alfredo pasta. I ordered the upsize version of their pasta. The food was so quickly served to us. My alfredo tasted really good. I like the cream sauce they added to the fussili. The cream sauce is very light and does not have any heavy effect on the pasta. The fussili is cooked perfectly, very chewy and not overcooked. They were generous with the toppings especially the shredded chicken. It was really value for money.

Got introduced to Pasta Mania by one of my friends, and after trying different type of pasta, I finally discovered my favourite pasta ---> Spicy chicken.Went there with friends for lunch on a weekday afternnon, we ordered 4 spicy chickens with different choices of spaghetti. The pasta taste nice, spicy and with slices of chickens in it. The only thing is that the sauce for each plate of pasta taste differently, even though we ordered the same pasta.

Also, we did order the calamari combo and potato wedges combo
The calamari and potato were both crispy, and the sauce they served is an add on to the dishes as it enhances the taste

For your information, they do have 30% discount for students for all type of pasta from 2pm-5pm. So if u dont wanna pay more for this pasta, just simply go at this timing, but rmb to bring along your student card.
