This is certainly a must eat snow skin mooncakes in town! The white snow skin is very smooth and soft in texture, which is fragrant and not too sweet. The special part about this mooncake is the unique champagne truffles and ganache fillings that really make a really good impression to me. Champagne taste is very strong and blend in well with the ganache fillings. At $68 per box, is expensive but delicious! continue reading

Eating out in Singapore is getting considerably expensive nowadays. Our company staff day held at here, it was a golden chance for us to eat fusion food. Appetizer with a long-winded name, it called Grain Mustard Marinated Smoked Duck Tartar with Pear-Endive Salad, Pear Coulis. Its texture was quite chewy, and it tasted a bit similar to roasted pork.A very unique main course, Supreme Chicken with BBQ sauce and caramelized vegie at the centre of chicken breast, the potato-celeriac puree was beautifully lied beside.Dessert part, we were served by a Mocha Mousse Cappuccino Ice-cream. Overall, the environment here was comfy and relaxing. continue reading
