I can hardly remember the last time when I had LJS (Long John Silver). I came to know of LJS during my school days as they are known of their delicious crunchy tasty fried food, especially its trademark fish shrimp and chicken.
Every piece was hand-dipped into their secret batter and cooked 100% with canola oil, thus the yammy crunchy food from LJS! Packets of sweet spicy Chilli from LJS had make the fried food additionally tasty. I was surprised to see that they have discontinued giving away chilli packs to customers and instead they gave us disposable saucers to pump the sauce from the station.
