Noble House Restaurant

A restaurant for dim sum and to hold wedding. There are many young couples who held their wedding here. I think it's pretty cheap! I had xiao long bao (dumplings) and siew mai. They were both fresh and delicious. For the xiao long bao, i was hoping for more soup in it. It was a little disappointment to me. The siew mai was nice and tasty.

As we didn't have enough people, we can't take their buffet menu. Just the 2 of us, we had to go for ala carte instead. They need a minimum of 4 for buffet menu. Anyway, i ordered their custard bun and shark's fin dumpling soup. Their custard bun is amazing. The custards came oozing out upon my first bite. Very delicious! As for the dumpling soup, i find i was cheated. It was pretty tasteless even after adding in vinegar and pepper to taste. Pretty upset as a small bowl cost $8.80. Not too pricey but still, wasn't up to standard.

A great place for dim sum buffet. The last time i called for a reservation, i was heard this place have already closed down. I didn't probed further, thus unsure whether they have closed permanently, relocated or what. Anyway, the last time i visited, i had their crab. The whole piece of crab is on your plate looking alive. There's a layer of steamed egg as well. Great place and great service!

Had never dined at noble house restaurant before, until my cousin invited us to her wedding banquet held here;D
It was really a joyous and enjoyable day that day.The decorations and theme of the restaurant resembles that of the olden times where the windows are made of wood and they were shop houses;D
But that did not cause the restaurant to lose the sense of elegance, the place was decorated beautifully for my cousin’s wedding^^It was a 9-course dinner. What really satisfied us was the quality of ingredients used for all the dishes. The shark’s fin was superior and totally authentic, with generous large pieces of shark’s fin meat, and crab meat.^^
Similarly for the scallop…so fresh and naturally sweet… “Mmmm” ;DThey have also their signature coriander cheese balls, where the outer is fried till crispiness and the inside is filled with the paste and cheese, really delicious!Not forgetting the steamed marble goby! It was a really fresh fish used, and the sweetness remain within. The meat was so tender and smooth, and it was cooked just nicely that the flavour sips into and stays within the fish meat.Another dish was the stewed sea cucumber and bai ling mushroom with lettuce in oyster sauce. Usually I’m not a consumer of sea cucumber but this dish was so nicely prepared that I managed to consume a piece of it.(:

On the whole, the dinner was an unforgettable and delicious one. From the dishes we could know how well skilled the chiefs of this restaurant is.(: of cause, to have such a good quality and quantity meal, the high price is inevitable but after all it’s worth it!;D

i went to celebrate my grandfather’s birthday at noble house. It was quite a grand affair for the family and we made reservations to ensure we got a space. The dish I like best is the braised toufu, of course the usual shark fin, roast duck were there but there were not as special as the braised toufu. The gravy was very tasty not too salty, you don’t need to eat it with rice!

AWESOME dim sum for breakfast! You need a minimum of 4 for buffet instead. There's only 2 of us thus we had ala-carte style. We had a list of stuffs naming, century egg porridge, custard buns, fried dumpings, fried beancurd skin with prawns, salt and pepper tofu and mango pudding. EVERYTHING was just great! Try and you'll know it! Buffet style would be more worthwhile though! All their food were affordable and delicious! Service was wonderful as well! A must TRY!

I have been to noble house a few times. I remember the fist time I went there is around 10years ago for their buffet dinner, can't really remember the dishes provided, but i remember a very special dish, a soup that is contained inside a bamboo cup, a very unique soup. I remember most of their food is pretty good. My colleagues like to organise gathering function there, because the food is good, and price is still resonable. I even attended one of my colleage holding their wedding banquet dinner there. This show that how much we love to dine at Noble house. Haha, Most of the dishes are good. Very nice chinese food.
