Don’t ever judge a stall by its facade. A mini low-profile stall might produce outstanding food too. Highly recommended by a friend working around Tanjong Pagar, he told me that Malay specialty here worth a try.Lovely mix of orange gravy and yellow rice, it was accompanied by subtly sweetened Raisins. Aromatic rice was loose, with a right touch of dryness. It worked very well with thickly nourish curry, authentically awesome. Chicken wise, the drumstick was tender without overcooked. I must highlight that the spices and the gravy was playing very important role. Of course, the secret recipe and the cooking skill were equally substantial, not an easy job. $5.00 for such huge portion, it was very fulfilling.

Headed over to amoy street food centre aft lunch hours to have a look at the place and decided to settle down at this Nasi Briyani Joint...The taste was quite excellent... Nothing crazy but the queue was one quite empty...The rice was grainy and the curry was pretty ok... not very spicy but i guess its pretty good.The coloring was fantastic and they had quite a bit of choices of chicken and mutton... but usually i will skip mutton due to so much unhealthy stuff so chicken was a good choice..The verdict: Great stuff, slightly spicy and quite filling...

Sedap Nasi Briyani Special serves really good nasi briyani. It costs $5 for the meal which consists of rice, chicken and curry. The chicken meat is soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the skin. I like the way the chicken is marinated which smells fragrant. The curry tasted just right without being too spicy.

Crispy chicken, acceptable amount of oil, reasonable servings are the reasons for the many visits to this stall. Fragrant baspati rice with striking colours makes the dish more appealing with every bite. Needless to say, the curry sauce along with the dish is the best curry I have ever tasted so far. Thick, spicy, comes along without the spicies which makes the meal much more convenient for consumption.

Went there for lunch with friend. The portion of the nasi was not too big. The rice with striking colors makes the dish more appealing. The rice was fluffy and did not stick together. The curry sauce quite good. It really goes well with the dish. The curry was thick, spicy and not overly salty. The crispy chicken was delicious as it was fresh and acceptable amount of oil. The price was reasonable. Overall, the nasi briyani was good.
