Shanghai Xiao Long Bao

This xiao long bao is very nice.
The smooth and soft skin,covered the tender and flavourful meat.
After cook,it serve with warm.
When i bite on it,the sauce will come out,this means that it is very juicy.
I really like this,the ginger given also match well with this xiao long bao.
But it is quite expensive because the size of it is really small.
Nevermind,good food also costly.

Wet to lau pa sat for dinner food trail with friend and in the mean while celebrating my friends belated birthday. We ordered quite a lots of food, including this xiao long bao. The stall is in the centre of this famous food court, but the quality is so bad. The dumplings are not tasty, with the skin a bit hard and chewy, the pork inside is very not fresh, has the bad meaty smell. Moreover, the dumpling is so expensive, $4.50 for 5small pc, which is $0.90 each. I will never try the food from this stall again.

I love the small Chinese dumplings which we call “Xiao Long Bao”. The dumpling is wrapped with pork and soup, eaten with it being dipped with vinegar or without. The pork dumplings from this store are really worth it as the meat is tender and the soup in contained securely in the dumpling. It costs around $6 for a basket of it.
