Another bubble tea chain
Just OK 2013-04-23
Share Tea is yet another bubble tea chain that professes to be special. Unfortunately, it falls quite short of what I expected. I grabbed the classic pearl milk tea to compare it with other chains like Koi Bubble Tea and Gong cha. The pearls were too hard (perhaps soaked too long) and the milk taste way too strong for my liking. The tea taste subsequently was diluted. sad

DO NOT ADD SUGAR!!!!
Smile 2013-04-18
No matter who you are and whatever you do, please do not add any sugar... to the........ winter melon milk tea.. It is a new milk tea that i tried...

Do not put sugar..... i tried 30% sugar because i am not a big fan of sugar and i also tried the one with 0%...

Believe me it is too sweet... The winter melon has a very natural sweetness and i liked it...

However, do not try to make it too sweet... if you are feeling mad or asking for diabetes... try 120%..

One word... Refreshing.. SAFRA members gets discount of 10% or 15%.

Winter Melon Milk Tea
Smile 2013-03-05

Ordered the winter melon milk tea and requested for 25% sugar level. I was advised by the cashier to take 0% sugar level as the winter melon itself is already very sweet. I took the cashier's advice and opted for 0% sugar level. Indeed, it was already sweet without any added sugar. It does not have a syrupy taste which I love! This flavour has become one of my favourite at Sharetea! smile

Bubble Tea
Smile 2012-12-28
I’ve always enjoyed bubble tea ever since it first launched in Singapore many years ago. Share Tea, another bubble tea originated in Taiwan so I decided to give it a try since it’s within walking distance from my office. To play safe, I ordered their original Bubble Milk Tea with Pearls with 50% sugar level. It still tasted a little sweet even though I’ve ordered 50% sugar level but overall it was ok. I like the chewy pearls though. Guess I will be back again to try their other signature bubble tea if I happen to crave some bubble tea after meal!

Refreshing evening tea
Smile 2012-07-26

We were in Orchard & wanted our ' Must have' evening tea, so we decided on stopping by Share tea. We tried their teas for the 1st time. We ordered a cold passion fruit tea & a hot milk tea with bubbles. we asked for 30% sweetness levels. The Passion fruit tea was a bit bitter at 30% sweetness, but the milk tea was just perfect it was rightly hot. The pearls were nice & chewy too. We loved the refreshing taste in both teas, the flavor of their teas is very distinct. We enjoyed our evening teas & enjoyed the milk tea more smile

favourite taro milk tea
Smile 2012-05-29

milk tea - does not have a strong tea flavour, rather its more milky
like the pearls - soft and really quite chewy

like the milk tea with red beans - combination of red bean and milk tea goes well together (like the red bean ice you find in Hong Kong)
my favourite is their taro milk tea - like that generous amounts of yam shreads in the tea, and adjusting the sugar level to 30% is just nice

service staff - polite and courteous

QQ Happy Family Milk Tea
Smile 2012-05-20
Happened to walk past Share Tea and decided to grab a cup of bubble tea to quench my thirst on a hot and sunny afternoon. I was deciding what to have for my drink and saw this QQ Happy Family Milk Tea on the menu. The cute name immediately caught my attention and hence I decided to try it out smile

The service was really good! The person at the counter will actually recommend a suitable sugar level for your drink so that it won't be too sweet nor too bland.

Basically the drink consist of big and small pearls, grass jelly, pudding, red beans in the cup of milk tea. The pearls were very chewy; the grass jelly, pudding and red beans were soft and easy to suck up too. It was a really great combination in the milk tea smile

great bubble tea
Smile 2012-03-29
This is currently my top 2 favourite bubble teas in Singapore. The tea is so fresh and you can taste how fresh it is. The sweetness and temperature is just right. The bubbles are made perfectly so they do not stick or melt. The service is fast and polite and efficient. none of the crap service at Koi or Gong Cha. The price is also very reasonable and there are no super long queues. Highly recommended for really good bubble tea!

thirst quenching milk green tea
Smile 2012-03-15
my daughter bought home bubble tea for the family. I ordered the usual milk green tea. I opted for 30%, I think it was not too sweet, just nice for me. I did not order any toppings as I was already rather full from my dinner. I like the milk green tea from share tea as it is very smooth and does not leave any after taste in your throat. I did not even taste a bit of bitterness in the green tea which is really good. It was really thirst quenching.

milk tea with pudding
Smile 2012-01-27 (Related Review)
I went for the milk tea with homemade pudding since it is something special, unlike what I usually drink (I usually drink milk teas with pearls). Anyway, I requested for 30% sweetness level for my tea since I prefered it to be lighter in taste and calories. I was glad I chose this because it is just right for me without being overly sweet. I could taste the bitterness of the tea which I liked since it has the right balance of tea and milk. The pudding is also very delicious and it glides down my throat. One of the nicer milk teas that I have had.

nice bubble tea
Smile 2012-01-19
This is another one of my favourite bubble tea places as they will make my bubble tea according to how I like it. The tea here is not as fragrant as the tea in other places. But it is fresh and delicate. Not overly stewed. The milk is fresh too. The best part is the bubbles. The bubbles are very perfectly cooked so that when you bite into them, the feeling is amazing. The texture is perfect and there is no floury or yucky aftertaste. The serving of the bubbles is very generous too.

bubbling up the Q
Smile 2012-01-11
When it first open, my bubble tea craze friend tried it out without hesitation. A slurp to try for me, and I knew something was fairly different than other teas I've tried.

Since I wasn't a fan of bubble tea until some craving that I wanted something sweet and chewy, the bubble tea was the answer for that.

Asking for 25% sweet level, the regular pearl milk tea, which the pearls were fairly at a smaller size than other places had the same chewy texture like I first tried. The sweetness for me was already sweet, so imagine 50% above.

The tea then had the apparent flavor to have a trickle of bitterness, which says that they use the original extract of tea. Good mix!

refreshing drink
Smile 2011-12-14
I was feeling very thirsty so I decided to order their signature milk green tea. I was feeling quite full so I opted for no toppings. I ordered 50% sugar as the stall owner told me that that is the best level of sweetness. And indeed it was, the level of sugar was just right. the drink was not too sweet. it was rather milky as well. The tea was very smooth and refreshing. It did not have any aftertaste. I think this is one of the better bubble tea I have drank!

Lets share some tea
Smile 2011-09-27
There are many different bubble tea stalls in Singapore, so I went bubble tea hunting. The reputation of Share Tea was rather loud, so I tired it out of curiosity. I tried the very basic, milk tea.The verdict,..the drink was a nice thirst quencher, it does not have the bitter taste of the tea lingering in your mouth. The pearls were nice and however there was no consistency in the texture of the pearls. Some were small and lump( do not have the firm chewy texture).
