fried oyster

There's a few fried oyster stalls in this hawker but i always order from this stall cause service is fast and good.
Fat juicy oyster in fluffy egg flour mixture; look greasy but don't taste oily at all. Taste even better dipping in their chili.

Just take note sometimes it may be hard to find seats here, so it's a plus to have a companion to help you get reserve a seat first. Summon officer also on the ball. make sure you put your coupons if you drive.

oyster omelette!
Smile 2012-06-13

Had the large oyster omelette to share among 5 people. Love that they had an abundant of oysters in the omelette and the chili was quite good! The garnish was great as well! And i think the egg was quite well cooked! Love that it is not too oily and too overcooked! Would definitely come back for more and get from this stall!

Sinful but awesome once-in-a-while treat! tongue

fried oyster omelette
Smile 2012-05-04

i was driving near east coast when my girlfriend suggested we head to east coast lagoon food village for dinner. I ordered their fried oyster. We were both very satisfied with the fried oyster. They are very generous with their oysters. The oysters are very fresh and juicy. The egg was fried till very fragrant. The amount of starch they added to the dish was just right. The portion of the vegetable they added to the oyster omelette was just right, giving it a crunch. The oyster omelette is not too oily as well. the chilli dip is awesome, sourish and spicy, it brings out the flavours of the dish.

Went Supper at East Coast Park Hawker centre with a group of friends. We order many food to share such as satays, friend carrot cake, friend prawn noodles, BBQ stingray and fried oysters. my personal favourite will be the fried oysters. just the look of it is already appetising. We ordered the serving of $5 and the amount of oysters they gave is huge and juicy. Highly recommended to give it a try

Fried oyster
Smile 2012-03-04

Ordered a plate of fried oyster to share. We order the $4 ones. The fried oyster were not too oily. Alot of eggs were given thus it was not just the starchy taste. The eggs were fried till crispy on the edge. The oysters given were quite alot too, taste really good and fresh. It taste even better when eaten with the parsley and dipped in their chilli sauce.

Fried Oyster
Smile 2012-01-08

yum yum, ordered the fried oyster to share with friends smile , it was reasonable and affordable pricing since is in the food village thus the price is not too high. Like the chilli sauce served. Not too sweet and not too hot, it was more liquid type than those usual maggi chilli sauce. It also has a lot of oyster in it, the only thing for improvement is the oil, as i feel that the fried oyster was abit over oily. Furthermore, the egg was not well-cooked as i can still tasted the burnt smell of the fried oyster. Well, overall comment still ok. smile

Long que fried oyster during weekend !
Smile 2011-03-18

This fried oyster is 1 of the best fried oyster stall in the ecp lagoon, I manage to get hold of a plate of fried oyster that i order ($5) and the oyster they use are quite fresh and is not oily. The chilli taste best with this fried oyster. They fried the whole dish till very crispy that suit my taste. The only thing is this is again self service.. most of the stall in ecp are all self service, This fried oyster is worth que-ing !

price $3/5/8 dollar !!!
