My husband and I cater all the time as we do not have the time to prepare food. We are not particular about which caterer we order from thus we usually try out different ones. We saw them at an expo event and had their laksa. It was really good thus we tried Four Seasons Catering for our daughter's 1st birthday. The food was good especially the curry chicken. Too bad we didn't get to order the laksa again.. other dishes if I remember were the pear dumpling and ondeh ondeh cake which were really good too.The sales rep was really patient despite asking many many questions prior to confirming. We had to change the time due to the availability of the venue and they accommodated quickly.

Came to my colleague's house to have a buffet lunch to celebrate his new born baby. The food served was really huge in portion and smell goods when ipick up the food over the table. The display looks really neat and clean. I especially enjoyed their baked chicken chop with peppers and French beans. The chicken meat is very soft and fresh, and the peppery flavour is fragrant and tasty. It is not too oily as well. Thai Style fish fillet is equally delicious, which the meat is soft and smooth, with stingy smell in it. Heard from my friend per head cost about $14, which is reasonable too.

I attended a prize ceremony. The host ordered buffet from Four Seasons catering. There were mee siams, deep fried Thai Shrimp cake, fish cake, mid joint chicken wing, samosa and spring roll. The diner can have the choice of assorted mini sushi. The dessert served are Eclair and cream puff. The food were not delighting to me. The worst was the spring rolls had turned soft. The mid chicken wing is not small to eat. The mee siam is too cold. The delighting ones are the assorted sushi, thai shrimp cake and the Eclair.

Overall feels that there is a lot of fried food. Firstly there is Fried Mee Siam, which is not spicy at all. There is also Breaded Scallop Nuggets and Golden Spring Rolls which are not crispy at all. There is also Crispy Fish with Oat Cereals which is quite crispy but the fish does not taste fresh to me. The braised beancurd with assorted vegetables is tender and well cooked. The Signature Four Seasons Chicken tastes like char siew chicken with its sweet char grilled taste. We ends the meal with kaya kueh which I feel too hard and Lime Cordial.

It's Heeren's 1st Birthday party and the host decided to cater from Four Seasons Catering instead of the usual Delihub. Part of the dishes of what was being orderedPineapple Rice -taste super blandPrawns in Chili Crab sauce - prawns were quite small & sauce a neither sweet nor spicySambal Squid - Squid is over-cooked, sambal a bit too saltyFried Bee Hoon - cold & taste blandCurry Chicken - A little too oily & not much gravy Nothing much to rave about the food and it was quite cold even though there are warmers. No tags on the food name were on the table, thus many guests are wondering if the item is pork, chicken or beef. Apart from that, they were late for 30 mins! They are supposed to be here at 6pm to set-up, but were here only at 6.30pm & the reason they give was "jam due to the rain", but it's always good to give other caterers a chance so we know which caterer is the best.
