The roof top restaurant had a nice design, pretty good. For starters, I ordered the naan. It was crisp and delicious, great way to whet my appetite! The dum biryani came in soon. The spices made the rice really tasty and I enjoyed every bit of it. The rice wasn't too hard and just right. The curry could have been a little bit spicer though. Enjoyed this meal! continue reading

It was raining and my BF and I were hungry. We wanted to somewhere to munch something but don't want to get caught in the rain so we thought of the restaurant which is at the rooftop. I have been to mustafa countless time and did not go up fearing that the smell of curry and all will get onto my clothings. However, yesterday was "forced" to go up and explore as we have no option left. The lift stopped at the entrance of the restaurant. We were seated right in front of the lift (but there is still walking space behind us). There is another area of dining but it is further out. They offer buffet lunch and dinner, and also ala carte. We were there at 10plus so prata, thosai and all is no longer available as they stopped at 10pm daily. The restaurant opens till 1am which I think it is really a good place to get supper or really late night dinner there. The concept is good with ventilated air flow, we can hear the rain pouring or artificial water flowing. The ambience is quite good too. I am amazed seriously. My expectations are not high in the first place, therefore, I felt this is really good.We were served with drinking water once we are seated and given menus.BF wasn't hungry so he ordered Teh Alia and I ordered Teh Tarik and a Chicken Tika. The green sauce accompanied is really nice although the chicken is a tad salty. Needs rice to complement.Definitely will try out other dishes next time for dinner! The service is good. Our serviette flew somehow due to the wind/fan, the service staff picked up and replaced new ones for us. It is quite impressive. One more thing, there is no awkward smell or scents during our makan session. =) continue reading

I went here with my family before going grocery shopping with the family. The service could be better, we waited and no one served us. The location was beautiful, the ambiance was define. Roof top dining. I would consider having a birthday party or any event there. There were small water ground for the kids to run around and have fun while the parents are talking. I ordered Thosai Masala and one is NOT enough. I WAS INLOVE. The curries the serve at the side was hot and spicy. I had masala tea to go along with it. It was alright. Just the proper amount of spices. Alittle bit too sweet though. Price was affordable! Thosai was less than 4 dollars. Would definitely recommend. continue reading

It was my parents' wedding anniversary and we wanted to try someplace new so i brought my parents over to kebabs n curries for a treat I have to say, the food was uber delicious. We ordered chicken tikka, which had chicken that was cooked in spiced onion based gravy. My dad loooves lamb so we ordered this dish called saag gosht which had succulent lamb that was cooked with spinach and mild spices. This dish has a really unique taste and is a must try if you go there!Gobi Manchurian is a MUST whenever I have north indian food. It's basically crispy cauliflower that's cooked with their very own sauce..Looooove how it was really crispy(some places don't fry them properly so they turn out really soft)Nice environment+good service+good food= Happy me continue reading
