The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

This place is forever crowded.. but one sunday afternoon while eating at J8, i decided to head on down to coffee bean and tea leaf to have some drinks and food with my family...

I ordered the chicago cheesecake and a tall glass of hot chocolate.... The cheesecake was so rich... goodness the minute i put my fork into my mouth, i realised that it was toooo sweet.... so sweet such that the hot chocolate was so normal...

All in all spent ard $13 for both items... A lazy sunday afternoon at this place was a great way to end the week.

This branch in Bishan Junction 8 opens till late and hence very popular amongst late night foodies who are hungry and angry. I'm no exception: when I am hungry, I become angry. So I came down to buy some late night supper cakes. The carrot cake here (no not the Singaporean one) is pretty good. They are not stingy with the ingredients (i.e carrot bits) and the cake is soft enough without collapsing once your fork sinks in. It's rather expensive though. Guess I will have to remain angry when hungry.

Beside their all-time favourite hot and cold beverages, me and my sister also love to eat their different types of slice cakes too. One of our favourite will be their rasberry cheese cake. The cheese used in it are quite alot, which is really thick and creamy. The rasberry cream is also fragrant and filled with lots of fresh diced rasberry in it too. The price may be quite high,but definitely worth the money spent.

I ordered the mocha ice blended.
The mocha is not very bitter nor sweet.
I more prefered the mint tea latte
I ordered the large cup at $6.60 . The cup was quite tall.
The taste is a bit weird but is a new taste.This breakfast set is huge..!
It looks so healthy and ncie.
i like the scramble egg and the BIG sausage.
They taste really nice.!
The toast is also not bad,make me feel so full and full with energy.

After a long movie..i feel very thirsty..
For me,i think bishan junction 8 have few of outlets.
The most comfortable one is the coffee bean and tea leaf..
I ordered the mocha ice blended.
It is quite nice..Fresh and make me got energy.
It's mocha is not very bitter nor sweet.It is just right.
But i really not really like mocha,i more prefer capuccino.
Next time will test on other drinks.

Had amazing black pepper linguine here for lunch while studying and it was good! Love most of the food sold in coffeebean like their sandwiches and all! Would definitely try the others when im back. As for this pasta, The texture was just nice and love the black pepper falavour infused and also the smoked salmon was so fresh!!! Love that it is not overcooked or undercooked!

Gmarket was having this Coffee Bean Deal on 30 May! The original price for a small drink is $6.80 i think and it's discounted till one drink for $3.30 Bought two cause that's the limit for each pax per day! I went to redeem immediately yesterday with my friend if not i will forget to use LOL I ordered an ice blend double choc coffee and my friend got an ice blend english toffee coffee. I love my ice blend double choc coffee. I forgotten when its the last time i had a coffee bean drink. My friend suggest that i get this as she tried before and its nice. I love the combination taste of chocolate and coffee. Usually i don't drink either one alone. The chocolate taste is very rich and not too sweet and bitter in my opinion. Furthermore its so nice to see my receipe $0 as i paid first already. Anyway my name's printed on the slip as verification when we hand over the voucher print out to the staff at cofee bean. Great deal, think without the deal i'll also be visiting coffee bean more often.

chicken salad
the chicken salad looks good in the menu so i ordered this instead of the main course. This should be enough for late dinner. The shreded chicken is nice, and the vege is fresh. I like the dressing a lot, a bit sour and refreshing. this is also quite filling, and i have nice time chatting with friends over there.

fruit parfait yogurt
It's yogurt again..!
I always order coffee in coffee bean,this is the first time i try on their yogurt.
Wow,it taste not bad,the fruit yogurt is simply nice.
It is really fresh and i like the decoration of it.
It's sweetness is also just right..!
But i wont always order this kind of yogurt,because it is quite creamy..

my friends and I decided to have some american breakfast and we happened to pass by coffee bean so we thought,why not?I took one look at the menu and I loved it!!I finally made my decision to get Egg&cheese sandwhich set which comes together with either a black coffee or tea.There were two eggs(sunny side-up) wedged between the sanwich,with chicken ham.And the best part is that the bread was toasted with CHEESE!!!!! Cheese and Egg=Perfect combination.

I usually prefer starbucks over the coffee bean and tea leaf, but since there were no other options, we decided to chill out at the coffee bean and tea leaf outlet at junction 8 instead.

I ordered the mint tea latte (can't quite remember the exact name) and it came in a pretty tall glass.

It tasted a little strange to me, because of the mint and latte mix. Just remember to mix the bottom as there is some dark chocolate at the base!

Overall, you got to really like mint to order this drink.

I seldom have my tea break at coffe bean,because of the high price.
But the food there is really not bad.
The chocolate is nice.Thick and hot.
I like the choco taste.

The choco muffin is also nice,a bit wet and the choco taste is really concentrated.
Very nice.
The sweetness is also just right.
And it really can make me feel happy after eating it.

One of my favorite cakes at Coffee Bean has got to be their signature New York Cheesecake. I love how it has a crusty top and base while the cheese just melts in your mouth with every bite. It's not too heavy and has a very nice smooth flavor. It also goes so well with coffee. The cake is even big enough to be shared by 2 This place is also great for reading while enjoying a heavenly slice of cake. Staff are very attentive and never fail to make you feel welcomed. Customers also do not have to wait too long for their orders to be collected at the counter. The cakes served always tastes so fresh! I will definitely be back for more!

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf was a nice chill out place for friends and family. This time round, I went together with my family at Junction 8 Shopping Mall. We've ordered a large cup of Cafe Vanilla (Warm) dine in. The medium size costed $6.10 but with an additional of 0.50 cents , you can buy a large cup.

Therefore, due to the affordable price suggested from the cashier staff, we've ordered the large cup at $6.60 to be shared among the three of us. The cup was quite big and was just nice to let us chill at the place for a longer time. Other than hot beverage, there are also cold beverage which includes caffeine and non-caffeine as well as small snacks to be dined in as well The atmosphere was quite nice and the staff prepared the drink was rather fast too Overall, it was affordable and tasted delicious but slightly sweet (:
