The place was rather empty as we were there at about 5.30pm, not quite your usual dinner time yet.
I do taste salted egg yolk flavour being infused into the pork ribs though, so I guess it's probably marinated before being fried as well. Quite nice & something different.
The Garlic Stir Fry Kai Lan here is quite fresh & crispy, lightly flavoured with chunks of garlic. A great palate cleanser.
The Chili Crab is great, but not exceptional. The sauce leans towards the spicier type and goes great with the small fried man tous ($3 for 6). Good thing is that the crab is very fresh & juicy.
The service here is okay, there wasnt much customers around when I was there so they were pretty quick. But you can tell that the staffs here are trained to sell when they recommend you dishes and drinks, trying to get you to order more.
Most of the seafood here are marked as seasonal prices, so you should probably find out more from the staff before ordering.
