Tiong Bahru Roasted Pig Specialist

This is another place for good roasted meat. I ordered the roasted meat and char siew rice from this stall for the first time. The amount of both meat given is quite generous. The char siew is nicely cameralized with a good balance of sweet and salty taste. I love those chunky pieces of roasted meat. Each piece of it is bursting with flavor particularly that layer of crispy skin. The braised sauce goes well with the rice too. I enjoyed it.
