In order to make a best Prata, it depend the dough and the flipping skill of Prataman. Providing a huge range of flavours, at here you may even choose the combination for your Prata. The waiting time was still acceptable, around 15 minutes. Ordering one Prata Egg and one Prata Onion, they were the simplest and common Prata. Both were stretchable, tender but soft when I bite. The original taste of Prata Egg was not bad, I can taste the little sweetness of the dough. I was eating these Prata with fish curry. Total amount was $3.60 for two Prata I ordered. continue reading

Upon entering the main entrance of the Food Republic food court at Nex, you’ll see this prata stall. They have a great variety of freshly fried pratas, such as cheese prata, egg prata, onion prata, banana prata, etc. The roti prata is fried to a golden crisp and they do not fry them in advance. The roti prata is served with a dish of curry for dipping and for those who dislike spicy, they can ask for sugar. However, I like the roti prata kosong (plain) especially with fish curry. The prata is simply delicious and value for money. continue reading
