Wide range of vegetables, meat can be found on the menu. My favourite is their small pig intestine,which is really fresh and chewy. The pig livers sliced till very thinly, which taste really fresh and easy to chew as well. The soup base is sweet and not too salty, really ideal for steamboat base.
