I love Kaiseki and Omasake, but too bad it is just so so expensive. The price of the kaiseki set here is considered to be average at $100 per pax.This was our rather interesting appetizer. I am not sure what it was but the taste was really pleasant and the experience unique.Our sashimi platter was fantastic! I love the Aji which was in season! Wonderful! All very fresh!This is also another interesting dish, pretty chewy and delicious.The cheese lobster. Even my mum who doest eat cheese went home
