Iluma, with its high ceilings and spacious interior, provides the diners with an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere to dine in. The dish tastes as good as it looks. From the on-start, I was drawn to the clear distinction of the four cheeses. Unlike other restaurants, the cheeses were not mixed into a sauce. I was able to distinguish between each of the four cheeses, and mixed them as i pleased. The pasta was well-cooked, a texture that would suit any palate. Definitely a must-try!
