It was my grandmother’s birthday and everyone in the family wanted to organise it as a grand event. after much discussion with the rest of the family, we decided to hold it at one of my grandmother’s favourite restaurant. It was my grandmother’s birthday and everyone in the family wanted to organise it as a grand event. after much discussion with the rest of the family, we decided to hold it at one of my grandmother’s favourite restaurant. We invited a couple of her friends and relatives. The manager was nice to give us a room of our own. The room was pretty spacious. We had the food served in buffet style so everyone can grab their food and mingle around. The food was pretty good, they had two staple food, one fried rice, one fried noodles. There were garlic roast chicken, butter prawns, scallop broccoli, fried fish and many more. But these few left and impression in me. The butter prawns were very crispy and fragrant, the prawns were very fresh and the meat was juicy and succulent. The broccoli was cooked until very tasty. The roast chicken is very fragrant with the fried garlic. The food was really good and my grandmother was really pleased with the celebration.
