I'm a fan of hokkien mee, so once I saw this stall at Tiong Bahrun market, I couldn't resist ordering it For a $3 plate, the serving given was quite generous - plenty of noodles with prawns and sotong. The hokkien mee offered here is the "wetter" version. The broth used to simmer the noodles is quite flavorful. Definitely an above-average plate of hokkien mee. Personally, I will prefer if they used less of the yellow noodles. But still, considering that it's hard to find a really good plate of

For a $3 plate, the serving given was quite generous - plenty of noodles with prawns and sotong. The hokkien mee offered here is the "wetter" version. The broth used to simmer the noodles is quite flavorful. Definitely an above-average plate of hokkien mee. Personally, I will prefer if they used less of the yellow noodles. But still, considering that it's hard to find a really good plate of hokkien mee nowadays, I will still patronize this stall whenever I have my cravings.
