Out of all the Ichiban Sushi's chicken main dishes, this is my favourite. It is a chicken cutlet with scramble egg. This dish isn't offered in any of set meals that Ichiban Sushi has to offer so if you want additional items like rice, miso soup, chawanmushi etc, you'll have to "add-on" and it'll cost around the same as a set meal. I normally share the cutlet with a friend or my mother because the cutlet is relatively big. I'll add-on a bowl of rice to go with it. The cutlet is like any other ten

Out of all the Ichiban Sushi's chicken main dishes, this is my favourite. It is a chicken cutlet with scramble egg. I normally share the cutlet with a friend or my mother because the cutlet is relatively big. I'll add-on a bowl of rice to go with it. The cutlet is like any other tender and juicy chicken cutlet you can find out there. What makes it different is the sauce and scramble egg. The sauce is sweet and it is perfect with the cutlet. Ichiban Sushi is usually very generous with all of the stuff the serve so don't worry about the sauce running out! It is more than enough for me

The main reason why I love this dish is the scramble egg. I prefer eggs that are not overcooked/fully cooked so when I saw that the scramble egg is more of the watery and not-so-cooked kind, I was thrilled. The egg sticks to the cutlet and together with the sauce, its just delicious.

The overall taste of the dish is just refreshing. Its easy to get sick of eating one piece of plain chicken cutlet. Ichiban Sushi's unique combination of ingredients with regular chicken cutlet never fail to satisfy my cravings. The cutlet costs only $10.90. Like always, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, for any occasion. Great food, great service, value for money!

FYI, there's normally a long queue during dinner time and you may have to wait up to 40 minutes so you'll probably want to go early. It is thatpopular
