When you mention champagne truffle, you will think of the very popular ones from Raffles Hotel. However for this year, i didn't get to try and i can't really remember the taste. Was pleasantly surprised to receive 2 boxes of Mini Snowskin White Lotus Seed Paste with Champagne Truffle from Li Bai at Sheraton. First of all, i really love the packaging! Taste wise, it didn't disappoint. The white lotus seed paste is very smooth. It's a nice combination and i enjoyed it with a nice cup of tea.
