Tonight I am attending a food tasting event at this casual Japanese restaurant which is known for its delectable Japanese style pasta dishes and paper thin crust wafu pizzas. Chicken Teriyaki with Mayonnaise Sauce Wafu Pizza ($13.80/ Mini)Served on a wooden board, the pizza is very paper thin and cripsy with well seasoned and tender chicken slices. Maybe a bit salty for some.
YakiNiku with Yakitori Sauce Wafu Pizza ($13.80/ Mini)Another paper thin crispy pizza, topped with juicy, tender, paper thin beef slices and sweet in the mouth onion slices. Another great combination.

It tastes smooth and not too chocolatey.
Doux Reves ($8.50/ slice)Chocolate Sponge, Almond Dacquoise, Dark Chocolate Caramel Mousse, Banana Mousse, Gold Silvery Glaze
This one is fruity, chocolatey and nutty at the same time. Quite a combination.
LUX ($8.50/slice)Almond Dacquoise, Chocolate Sponge, Praline Feuillete (Crispy Crunch), Dark Chocolate Shiny Glaze
This one is my dining partner's favourite as it is the most chocolatey among the cakes which we have tried. It tastes bitter and smooth, balances off by its sweet honey comb taste and very hard to break Praline Feuillete base.
Eugenie ($8.50/slice)Vanilla Sponge, Strawberry Coulis, Strawberry Mousse, White Chocolate Mousse
Those who like pudding will like this one as I feel that its texture is more like pudding than cake. The layer of sponge cake is at a minimum here.
Fraisinette ($8.50/slice)Vanilla Sponge, Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries, Fresh Whipped Cream
At first look, it reminds me of strawberry shortcake. It tastes quite light and fresh, except for the frozen tasting strawberries on top.
Anushka ($8.50/ slice)Almond Dacquoise, Mango Mousse, Mango Filling, Fresh Mango
This is my favourite among all the cakes which I have tried. Nutty almond meringue holds the light and smooth mango mousse together, creating a balance between the two.
