幾經辛苦,搭左五個鐘頭車之後,就到左新加坡。去酒店放低行李之後,我們就去左唐城坊嘅呢間松發肉骨茶食午餐。呢間店都好多人幫襯,我們係外面排左一陣隊先入座。1. Pork rib soup 今次係第一次食肉骨茶,呢碗肉骨茶真係好好味。湯底係用好多藥材加埋胡椒煮的,飲到底會有好多胡椒,胡椒味濃。啲肉骨咬落去超級林,仲有肉味,真的超正。2. Pig’s liver soup一上檯係紅紅地生生地浸左係湯入面嘅豬潤。見到咁血水,不過碌碌下會熟嘅豬潤,我就無試到,不過團友話好好味。3. Mee sua plain係一碗碗嘅麵線,好大碗,啲湯係肉骨茶個啲湯來。啲麵好滑好好食,配合埋啲湯係一流。有啲人唔揀麵線會揀左飯的,都係睇返個人喜歡用啲咩來送肉骨茶。4. Roasted pork belly呢碟燒肉燒得幾好,脆卜卜,食落仲有啲肉汁支哂出來,不錯。5. Braised pork belly呢碟扣肉無咩特別,做得幾林幾入味,都唔錯。6. 五香肉卷佢係炸嘅,食落食唔出入面有咩,不過點啲泰式辣醬真係好惹味!7. 油炸鬼浸落啲肉骨茶入面,食落外脆內軟,好正。8. 芥蘭、菜芯、豆苗呢啲菜炒得幾好食,不過不失嘅。

呢碟扣肉無咩特別,做得幾林幾入味,都唔錯。

6. 五香肉卷
佢係炸嘅,食落食唔出入面有咩,不過點啲泰式辣醬真係好惹味!

7. 油炸鬼
浸落啲肉骨茶入面,食落外脆內軟,好正。

8. 芥蘭、菜芯、豆苗
呢啲菜炒得幾好食,不過不失嘅。

9. 鹵水蛋、鹵水炸豆腐、鹵水豆腐
呢啲就鹵得唔夠入味,可以再鹵得入味啲。

10. 鹹菜
一般般無咩特別。

肉骨茶啲湯係任加嘅,如果飲哂可以叫佢加,今次我地都叫佢加左好多次,因為太好飲了。另外,佢有個兜比食客裝骨的,十分貼心整齊。來到新加坡嘅第一餐,我覺得十分滿意。
