Under the big fire, my dish was served in no time, though the cooking area was well covered, it did not stop the aroma from diffusing in the air. The lady scooped the Phad thai into the middle of the plate and added the garnishes one by one on the side - grated peanuts, chilli flakes and cut limes.

The plate of hot steamy Phad Thai was cooked consistently with ingredients like prawns, cubes of Tau Gua, bean sprouts and eggs. The sweet taste complemented well with the lime juice and made the dish a total addiction to me.

If I ever do visit them the next round, I would like to order from them again despite the presence of so many stalls in Food Republic.
