I went to bugis with my girlfriend. we were in search of delicious steamboat. We headed to our favourite place, tian tian steamboat. We both did not want the grill part as it is very oily. So we opted for the two soup based steamboat. I showed the mala while she opted the herbal soup. there were a wide variety of ingredients. But the seafood tend to run out very fast. We love the sliced beef with the mala soup. really very tasty. one thing about tian tian is that when your soup finishes, instead of just solely adding hot water to dilute the soup. they actually add the same soup base so your soup will not lose the flavor. It was very thoughtful of them to ensure their customers enjoy their meal. The waiter even went to the kitchen and came out with a ladle of mala soup for us. Good service!
