Lunch was Yong Tau Foo at Clementi Mall's Food Fare. Decided to have this because I always choose Yong Tau Foo if I am feeling full and unwell. The warm after I ate it always makes me feel very comfortable. The stall at food fare have many variety of Yong Tau Foo to choose from, and it will be crowded during lunch peak hours. The warm after I ate it always makes me feel very comfortable. The stall at food fare have many variety of Yong Tau Foo to choose from, and it will be crowded during lunch peak hours. I picked a few of my favorite ingredients and instead of the usual bee hoon, I opted for 'dong fen' instead. I like the soup base, not too much of MSG. The ingredients are fresh too, not a sign of overnight stuff. The dabao version is not as nice as the one u ate immediately on the spot as the dong fen will tend to soak dry the soup. Best to eat it immediately at the food court after buying.
