Nice Taiwanese dessert. Their black ball signature dessert is of a good portion, not too sweet. Yam, sweet potato and pearl's pretty Q. Grass jelly and red beans is a nice touch. For those whom doesn't like too much of the mil... Bella Pasta, an Italian based cuisine, located at Robertson Quay along the Singapore River. High tendency that one would miss out as there are simply too many restaurants at Robertson Quay! But it's definitely worth a...
