Singaporean desserts-inspired
To fans of local desserts, the limited edition Honey Crème Pandan Gula Melaka ($6) comes inspired by chendol, ice kacang and pandan chiffon cake. Subtly infused pandan-flavoured soft serve is alternated with three crunchy and chewy layers: crunchy rice crisps, attap chee and toasted coconut chips specially imported from Thailand. And giving the dessert a sweet finish, the gula melaka syrup is served in a pipette to allow customers control over the amount they prefer to add. (Need more? An extra cup of syrup can be requested at additional charge.) And as an additional SG50 treat, each pandan parfait will be topped with a Merlion-shaped biscuit during the National Day weekend (7 to 10 Aug).Childhood-inspired
If you remember slurping up the last of your sugary cereal in a pool of sweet milk while watching cartoons on your fat-bottomed telly, the new Honey Crème Cereal Milk ($5.90) tastes exactly like that. Only, the bottom layer of twice-toasted cereal mix stays crunchy even after your soft serve has melted. Created to celebrate the opening of Honey Crème’s second outlet at Jem, customers will be able to redeem one-for-one Cereal Milk soft serves during the launch weekend (mid-July).
