1. House

House has launched their new Hi-Tea menu ($30++/pax), which incorporates fresh spices and herbs. Apart from artisanal teas such as Vanilla Sky and Hip Hop Chai, House will also be serving their 30 new items buffet style. Expect savoury foods such as Sweet Potato Leaf Fried Rice and delectable desserts such as Curry Leaf Brownie. For bread lovers, you’ll love the sandwich corner, where sandwiches such as Roast Beef with Mixed Herb, are assembled upon ordering. 2. Salt Tapas & Bar

At Salt Tapas & Bar, you can get a tea set that comes with your name on it. Customers can choose Set A or Set B from the new Jardin Afternoon Tea Set ($35++), which both consist of seven sweet and savoury items. Highlights from Set A include Honeycomb Cake and the restaurant’s signature Prawn Taco while Set B includes a tantalising Pork Belly Slider and Raspberry Rhubarb Tart. Skip the coffee and tea and go for one of their refreshing tea mocktails - Rose n’ Flames, Adam’s Apple or Berry Fruity. The Jardin Afternoon Tea Set is available on weekdays, from 3-5pm. At the newly opened Aura Sky Lounge, you get a breath taking view of Singapore, good food and great service. Their Classic European High Tea Set ($18++ per person) is kept affordable in order to keep the diners coming back. Diners can choose from a selection of savoury items such as Crab Sliders, Foie Gras & Fig Brioche, Smoked Salmon Bruschetta and a daily-changing selection of 2 to 3 desserts. Earle Swensen’s new Teatime Happiness Menu ($6.90++) includes both sweet and savoury options. Customers can choose the Swensen’s Special Ice Cream Cake or the new Chips ‘n’ Slaw Sandwich that pairs crispy potato chips and fresh coleslaw together. To complete the set, pick a cup of freshly brewed coffee or one of the six Dilmah Exceptional Teas such as Pure Chamomile Flowers, Elegant Earl Grey and Berry Sensation. Antoinette’s latest outlet La Pâtisserie au Sofitel is bound to delight their fans – it is the first and only outlet to serve their popular range of viennoiseries daily. Their newest creation is a Singapore-inspired viennoiserie named Satay Swirl ($3.50). Over 20 amazing French viennoiserie will also be available, such as Pure Butter Croissant ($2.50), Hazelnut Danish ($3.50) and Pear Danish ($3.50).
