Cafe Fest 2014: Cafe-hopping Festival Debuts in Singapore

If you’ve ever dreamt of a full-fledged festival that gathers coffee lovers and hardcore cafe-hoppers in one location, we have awesome news – It’s happening. Come 6th & 7th September, the world’s first cafe hopping festival will be launching in Singapore at The Waterfront Promenade. 12 local cafes will be rolling out freshly baked pastries, and brewing up freshly roasted coffee on site. The current list of participating cafes include Oz Specialty Coffee, Jimmy Monkey Cafe & Bar, Maison Ikkoku, Hatter Street, I AM, Cake Love Couture, Toby’s Estate, The Providore and Smitten Cafe. And what’s a festival without music? Expect live performances by local musicians such as 53A, MarcXhashy and multi-musician singer-songwriter Zacquine Miken. Swing on down to soak in the buzz of Singapore’s cafe craze. Admission is free but only festival pass holders will be able to purchase those delectable cakes, pastries and aromatic coffee from the participating cafes. Tickets are now available at www.cafefest.sg. The two-day pass costs $20 and will get you access to the entire line up of free rides, entertainment programmes and games.
