Celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau with Bistro du Vin

Bistro du Vin, the popular French bistro, has a couple of very exciting developments going on. This one’s for fans of wine and fine food. Treat yourselves to some fine indulgence and go crazy with the first wine from this year’s Beaujolais harvest! Following the traditions of the third Thursday of November, Bistro du Vin celebrates Beaujolais Nouveau with bottles of M. & P. M. Chermette Domaine du Vissoux Beaujolais Primeur Les Grottes 2012 and a selection of menu specials created for a very limited period only, from now until 25 November 2012. Executive Chef of Bistro du Vin, Dalton Fong, proudly presents a selection of November specials including the Char‐grilled Bone Marrow with Escargots ($16++) and Foie Gras Ravioli with Madeira Sauce ($18++) to start, Beef Tartare with Fries ($32++) and Braised Rabbit with Crushed Potato ($33++) as mains. The young Gamay wine is retailed by the bottle at $58++, carafe at $20++, and glass at $12++. To add the icing to the cake, complimentary rillette is presented upon the purchase of a bottle of the featured wine.
