From 1 to 26 December, Hai Tien Lo at Pan Pacific Hotel will be introducing two exciting prix-fixe menus that will feature various traditional delicacies using premium ingredients and fresh produce of the season. Inspired by the Winter Solstice, dishes to be showcased include Mini Yu Sheng (Teochew-style raw fish salad) – starring succulent lobsters, fresh salmon, the classic shredded jelly fish and fragrant crispy fish skin and Braised Classic Whole Abalone with Goose Webs and Bean Curd, crafted by Hai Tien Lo’s Master Chef Lai Tong Ping. After all the savoury goodness, treat yourself to a sweet delight with a bowl of traditional Tang Yuan (rice balls) in Chinese Dessert Soup. Perfect for family gatherings or dinner with friends, the Winter Solstice Festival Bamboo Menu for four is priced at $392 for six courses including desserts, while the Winter Solstice Festival Pine Menu is going at $720 for seven courses, serving a group of six.
