Believe it or not, that’s the size of the crab served at Chen Fu Ji
The issue was quickly resolved and clarified by Roger Koh, CEO of Chen Fu Ji, who explained that the initial $5,900 bill was an error made due to a computer glitch, which was confirmed by a software engineer. Additionally, according to Mr Koh, the cost of $80 for Pu'Er tea was charged at $4 each for 20 people, while the cost of $180 for fried rice was for 12 portions. In the end, the bill was recalculated to a grand total of $3,282.
