This May, Earle Swensen’s revamps their menu with an array of tantalizing offerings, ranging from appetizers to desserts. These creative dishes are prepared skilfully, using only fresh ingredients.
Appetizers
Hopping on to the Salted Egg Yolk bandwagon, Earle Swensen’s creates a delectable appetizer that is great for sharing with your dining companion – Breaded Scallops with Salted Egg Yolk Dip ($8.90). Succulent on the inside and crisp on the outside, dip the scallops into their homemade salted egg yolk dip for an extra burst of flavour.
Mains
Meat lovers rejoice as Earle Swensen’s dishes out the perfect steak – Charbroiled Wagyu Minute Steak ($34.90). Tender and quality Wagyu meat flown-in directly from Australia is seasoned with herbs and spices with a side of brown sauce. The new menu also features a Charbroiled Hanger Steak ($25.90) and Lamb Shank ($33.90).
If you prefer seafood, look no further than their Barramundi in Lemongrass Cream Sauce ($24.50, first image). The homemade lemongrass cream sauce is served with grilled Barramundi, spinach, and blue mussels, making it a lighter and healthier alternative.
Desserts
Well-loved by all Singaporeans, Milo is a good choice as it is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. The Stylo Milo ($12.90) features rich and creamy Milo gelato that includes crunchy chocolate balls, chocolate morsels and chopped almonds. The sundae is topped off with Milo powder, just like the classic Milo dinosaur at local coffee shops.
The new menu is available from now onwards.
