EuroTrip for OpenRicers
2013-02-21
Some of OpenRice’s biggest food enthusiasts got to visit Europe one fine Saturday for a Food Tasting session. Of course when we say that, we’re referring to a culinary experience more than anything else! Ambush, the casual European eatery, was the destination on 16 February. Driven by the belief that “everyone gets a little taste of Europe”, Ambush’s menu is a delightful mix of dishes from different parts of Europe, from Germany and Italy to Belgium and Spain. Plus, the fact that everything’s pretty affordable makes it easier for you to embark on a gastronomical journey through Europe.
For this Food Tasting session, our OpenRicers had more than enough nosh to go around with an array of appetisers and entrées such as Crispy Chicken & Seaweed Spaghetti, Mussel Pot Large, Coq Au Vin, Roasted Pork Knuckle, and Confit Duck Leg (pictured above, clockwise from top left).
But that’s not all they had! Additional dishes to the already delectable spread include Negra Paella, Chicken Garlic Sausage with Pasta, Bockwurst Sausage with Rosti and the Oktoberfest Platter (pictured above, clockwise from top left). Find out what our foodies had to say about all these dishes! With outlets conveniently located in most of Singapore’s biggest shopping malls such as Jurong Point, Takashimaya, Junction 8, Plaza Singapura and Jurong’s new Jem (opening April 2013), you have no excuse to skip this European experience! Interested to join us for a fun time at upcoming Food Tastings? Simply fill up this form and you may be the next one to get invited to a FREE food tasting session with us:
