Building on the success and popularity of Waku Ghin’s desserts, renowned chef Tetsuya Wakuda has launched Patisserie Platine, where an exclusive selection of hand-crafted pastries will be available for dine-in or takeaway. Customers can choose from 18 types of pastries and petit cakes ($10 – $12++) and a selection of macarons ($25++ for box of 12). Fans of Waku Ghin’s pastries will also be delighted to know that the popular Ghin Cheese Cake will be available.

Made entirely in-house with premium ingredients and fresh seasonal fruits from Japan and Europe, some of the classic flavours include Black Forest and Tiramisu.
