1. Alkaff Mansion Ristorante A hot spot for wedding events, Alkaff Mansion Ristorante introduces authentic Tuscan Italian cuisine set against the luxuriant foliage of Telok Blangah Hill Park. Elegant yet rustic with colonial charm, this fine dining option never fails to satisfy their guests with its lively collage of hearty dishes. Headed by Executive Chef Marco Guccio, some of the restaurant’s dish highlights include Marinated Scottish Salmon ‘Carpaccio’ with Yellow Frisée Salad & Salmon Roe, which is available in their Restaurant Week menu. You can even opt for alfresco seating to dine under the stars and be dazzled by live jazz music. OpenRicer CoffeeLover, who attended the previous installment of Restaurant Week says,"I would definitely recommend this place for its excellent service, food quality and ambience. And for people looking for a garden wedding, i think it makes a very good location as well!" 2. Forlino With a tagline like “timeless Italian cuisine”, the much raved about Italian restaurant should not be missed for those hankering after authentic and classic Italian food. Located at One Fullerton Bay, customers are whisked away into another world whilst rewarded with a magnificent view of Marina Bay front. The restaurant is home to top Japanese Chef Kentaro, best known for his unique Japanese infusions in Italian cuisine. Be sure to try some of their signature menu items such as the Tortellini ai Cinque Formaggi with Saffron Cream Sauce, Slow Braised Kurobuta Pork Cheek & Beetroot Puree. 3. Gaia Ristorante & Bar Located at the all rustic Goodwood Park Hotel and infused with nature in every aspect, Gaia Ristorante & Bar carries an ambiance perfect for that romantic date. "The cod fish was the best dish of the night! The fat content was just nice, and it was cooked perfectly well. The presentation was gorgeous too!"
