After careful planning and hard work, the team behind Sakura International Buffet has done a major rebranding and revamp of their main Yio Chu Kang outlet to provide buffet fans with a better dining experience.
What you can expect
Taste the exotic flavours from Singapore and all around the world – Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Thailand, the United States and France.
From the Thailand section, taste classic Thai fare such as Green Curry and Fish Cakes. From the US counter, enjoy diner fare such as Fries, Meatballs and Baked Cheese Macaroni. The Italian counter serves a wide range of pastas and the Japanese counter serves a wide array of sushi and sashimi.
Special highlights
Freshly made on the spot, the Boston Lobster & Argentine Red Prawn Hokkien Mee (main picture) is a crowd-pleaser. The wok hei is prominent in this dish and the seafood was fresh and a delightful addition to the noodles.
Another stand-out is the Hiroshima Oyster Omelette (also pictured in main image). The oysters are huge and creamy and complimented the rest of the dish perfectly.
The Egg Tart with Bird’s Nest is a dinner-exclusive item. Baked fresh daily, be sure to get these early as we foresee them running out quickly as they are highly addictive!
The Liu Sha Bao is a local-favourite. As you tear it open, out comes the oozing salted egg yolk, a perfect Instagram moment and also a burst of flavour with every bite.
Dinner: $30.90++ onwards for adults, from 5:30pm to 10pm.
