1. Cornflakes with nonfat yogurt
Yogurt is an excellent source of calcium while cereal aids in digestion and is chock full of nutrients. Yogurt can be deceptively fattening so make sure to read the labels -opt for fat-free/low-fat varieties! Skip the cereals with fruits and nuts as they tend to quietly sneak in calories without you knowing.
